Briefing
How many people, what the event is for, which dates and what budget. Half an hour of conversation saves three wrong proposals.

Proposal
A day by day programme, with weather alternatives and a closed budget. No surprises after signing.

Production
Bookings, suppliers, permits, equipment and transfers. The company deals with one contact, not eight.
- 04
On site
A dedicated coordinator present throughout the event. When something changes, and something always changes, it gets solved before the client notices.

- Which destinations do you operate in?
- Chile, based in Santiago, and Argentina, based in Bariloche and the lake district. We have our own offices in both countries and in Brazil.
- Are programmes tailored or fixed packages?
- Tailored. We start from the dates, the number of people and the purpose of the trip, and build the whole programme from there.
- Are airport transfers included?
- Yes. The airport welcome and every group transfer during the trip run on our own fleet.
- How does invoicing work for the company?
- Each country has its own legal entity, so the invoice comes from the entity of the country where the service is booked.
