Production services
Production services
in Chile, Argentina and Brazil
Fixer and on-the-ground production for commercials, documentaries, series, music videos and stills campaigns. We handle locations, filming permits, logistics, transport, catering and local crew across the Atacama Desert, the Andes and Patagonia.
Our scope
We work alongside your production company
Direction, script, casting and post-production stay where they already are: with your team. We take on execution on the ground, which is where a production arriving from abroad needs a local partner: locations, permits, logistics, transport, catering, accommodation and support crew.
Fifteen years operating travel in the Andes, the altiplano and Patagonia gave us the infrastructure a shoot needs where there are no services: our own fleet with mountain drivers, direct contact with protected-area administrators and private landowners, the capacity to house and feed crews of forty, and contingency protocols for weather and road closures.
We work to a production's structure and timelines: a dedicated coordinator throughout the shoot, a line-by-line budget, permits started before dates are locked, and a documented account of costs at wrap.
Formats
What we produce on the ground
Commercials and advertising
Advertising shoots with international crews, including automotive, outdoor, beverage and fashion, in logistically demanding locations.
Documentaries and series
Multi-week shoots with a mobile base, permits in protected areas, and access to local communities and operators.
Stills production
Fashion, catalogue and lookbook campaigns, with scouting by light and time of day, and full production in destination.
Branded content and digital
Brand films, content campaigns and social productions, with small crews and short lead times.
Music videos
Location production with permits, equipment transport and technical support on the ground.
Stills and aerial
Aerial coordination with drones, flight authorisation management and on-site assistance.
Services
What our production service covers
Location scouting
Location options with our own photography, access routes, real distances, sun orientation and site-specific restrictions. On-site scouting when the project calls for it.
Filming permits
Applications to national parks, reserves, ski resorts, wineries, private landowners, municipalities and road authorities. Each authorisation has its own procedure, timeline and contact.
Transport and our own fleet
Coaches, vans and 4x4 vehicles for crew and cargo, with licensed drivers experienced on mountain roads in winter conditions.
Accommodation and catering
Lodging and catering for crews of up to forty in areas with no hotel or restaurant infrastructure, including specific dietary requirements.
Local crew and support
Production coordinator, assistants, mountain guides, local horsemen, support staff and drivers, all under contract and insured.
Build and equipment logistics
Structures, tents, generators, technical equipment transport, build and strike, with locations returned to their original condition.
Locations
Territories we operate in

Atacama Desert
Salt flats, high-altitude lagoons, geysers at 4,300 metres, rock formations, and the clearest night sky in the southern hemisphere. High-altitude shooting, extreme temperature swings and no services in between.

The Andes
Snow, glaciers and reservoirs two hours from Santiago. Access controlled in winter, with shooting windows conditioned by weather.

Santiago, valleys and coast
Urban environments, century-old vineyards, Valparaíso and the Pacific coast. The most efficient logistical base: everything within a two-hour radius, with the crew overnighting in the city.

Patagonia and the lake district
Bariloche, Andean-Patagonian forest, lakes and the Seven Lakes Route. Four of our own offices in the area and resident crew year-round.
Locations
Locations and set-ups we can offer
Private estates and estancias on the river, with a covered barbecue house, marquee, fire pits and whole-lamb asado, plus the access roads and the landscape around them. Full build on site, in places with no infrastructure nearby.
Process
How we work
- 01
Brief and requirements
We receive the brief or visual references, crew size, equipment volume and the estimated date window.

Execution on the ground
A production coordinator in charge throughout the shoot, with a contingency plan quoted and booked in advance.
- 06
Wrap and cost report
Strike, locations returned to their original condition, and a documented report of production costs.
Capabilities
Why production companies hire us
Our own operation in three countries
Offices and crew in Chile, Argentina and Brazil, with a legal entity incorporated in each. Invoicing is issued from the country where the service is delivered.
Our own fleet
Our vehicles and our drivers, with no subcontracting chain assembled the week before the shoot.
Local access and relationships
Established relationships with protected-area administrators, private landowners, mountain hotels and suppliers in every destination.
Budgeted contingency
In the high Andes and the altiplano, weather dictates the shooting day. The alternative plan is quoted and booked from the start, not improvised on location.

Frequently asked questions
- What is a fixer, and what do production services cover?
- A fixer, or local line producer, is responsible for executing a foreign shoot on the ground: locations, filming permits, logistics, transport, catering, accommodation and support crew. They do not take part in direction, script, casting or post-production, which stay with the hiring production company. That is the role we play in Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
- Do you need a permit to film in a national park in Chile or Argentina?
- Yes. Filming commercially in a protected area requires authorisation from the body that administers it, with specific conditions on access, quotas, timing and equipment use. Timelines vary by authority, location and season, which is why applications start before shooting dates are finalised.
- Can you operate in locations with no infrastructure?
- It is the core of the service. We run shoots in areas with no hotels, restaurants or mobile coverage within fifty kilometres, providing transport, catering, water, generators, portable toilets and support staff. It is the same operation we run all year with groups in the Andes and the altiplano.
- Which country issues the invoice for the production?
- The country where the service is delivered, in its currency, since each country operates through its own legal entity. If the shoot crosses between Chile and Argentina, it is settled at budget stage, because it affects the contract currency and payment terms.
- How far in advance should we contact you?
- As early as possible, even with dates still open. Permits in protected areas, accommodation availability in high season and holding the fleet are the three factors that govern the schedule, and none of them is resolved with a week's notice.
